Butterfinger Fudge

This rich and creamy fudge is loaded with crunchy Butterfinger candy pieces for the perfect peanut butter and chocolate treat. It’s an easy no-bake dessert that’s perfect for parties, holidays, or whenever you’re craving something sweet.

Ingredients

• 3 cups white chocolate chips
• 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups chopped Butterfinger candy bars, divided
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang on the sides to easily lift out the fudge.

2. Place the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and butter in a medium saucepan.

3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat.

4. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Let the mixture cool for about 2 minutes, then gently fold in 1 1/2 cups of the chopped Butterfinger pieces.

5. Spread the fudge mixture evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup chopped Butterfinger pieces evenly over the top and gently press them into the fudge.

7. Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.

8. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the fudge.

9. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until completely firm.

10. Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into small squares and serve.
